It is very Unlikely that any package gets damaged or lost in transit but in the event it does, here is what to do to get a replacement as soon as possible
1- The first step is to contact us through our live chat or email in order to initiate the process. Make sure to attach the tracking label
2- Indicate if it was damaged or lost
3- provide a photo of the defective package(if package is damaged)
4- if it was lost, we will contact the shipping company to get more information
NOTE: If the package was stolen on your doorstep, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement
Once everything is provided, we will review it within few hours and replacement will be sent out as soon as possible
